Application of semiconductor materials in biomedical sensors

In today's era of rapid development, semiconductor technology has become a key force to promote social progress and technological innovation. Everything from smartphones to cars to home appliances to medical devices relies on these tiny powerful chips to process information, perform tasks and interact with the world. In this paper, this paper discuss and classify the progress of biomedical sensor technology into five typical types of materials. These materials are polysilicon, carbon nano-materials and so on. At the same time, these sensors are not only highly integrated and miniaturized, but also have excellent biocompatibility and sensitivity. They are capable of high precision detection of various biomolecules. At the same time, the paper also mentions the shortcomings of the above materials that still need to be further studied and optimized. This paper discusses the importance of sensors for modern technology, especially in electronics and biomedicine. A series of diagrams of these examples help explain why materials with semiconductor properties are advantageous.
