Exploration and implementation of quality control methods in the digital assembly and adjustment production line of electromechanical products
This study addresses the high reliance on manual operations and the resulting quality control challenges during the assembly and debugging process of electromechanical products. Taking the digital production line of an electromagnetic displacement sensor as the research subject, it integrates the management philosophy of the PDCA (Plan-Do-Check-Act) cycle and the relevant requirements of the quality management system to propose a digital quality control method based on a design and process knowledge base. This method employs digital technology and quality management tools with the aim of enhancing the quality management level during the assembly and adjustment process, thereby increasing production efficiency. The research provides a detailed exploration of the construction of a quality management system for the digital production line, the identification and control of key processes, the design of process interlocks and error prevention, and the establishment of a digital environment. Additionally, from the perspective of quality analysis, this paper designs a digital dashboard and proposes its comprehensive application method in the production process. The goal is to provide a comprehensive quality control solution for the production of electromechanical products, thereby optimizing the production process and continuously improving product quality.
