The relationship between graphehe and airspace field

In addition to its various applications, realizing aircraft lightweighting through the use of polymer materials can effectively reduce resource waste, improve economic efficiency and performance. At present, using composite materials instead of traditional metal materials is the most important means to reduce the weight of aircraft, and the amount of composite materials used in some advanced aircraft models in the international market can reach more than 50%. Polymer materials have a wide range of sources, good processing performance, good corrosion resistance, and much lower quality than metal materials. Applying them as composite material matrices in the aviation field can effectively reduce the weight of aircraft. Graphene is currently one of the strongest materials known, with excellent toughness and conductivity. When added as a dispersed phase to the polymer matrix, it can effectively enhance its mechanical and electrical properties. Therefore, graphene polymer aerospace composite materials are regarded as an ideal substitute for traditional metal materials and have enormous research value in the fields of aircraft functionality and structural materials. This article introduces the raw material preparation method, molding technology, and research on the application of graphene polymer composite materials in the aviation field.
