Curved fixed-heaven mirror pattern detection and three-dimensional reconstruction
The heliostat is an indispensable component of tower solar power generation, and the accurate detection of the face shape of the heliostat is the key to ensure the efficiency of power generation. The tower solar power generation needs to gather sunlight to the collector at the top of the tower through the heliostat, and utilize the concentrated solar energy to heat the transmission fluid to produce steam to drive the turbine generator to generate electricity, which is demanding for the concentrating effect of the heliostat. For this reason, a curved heliostat is proposed, which concentrates light better than a planar heliostat. Based on the tessellated angular point reflection method combined with the perspective transformation principle, the results will improve the surface detection efficiency of the curved heliostat, which has a good practical prospect.
