Research on design method of cooling components of environmental control system based on MBSE
In the research and development process of airborne electro-mechanical system, there are few problems caused by the traditional document-based development method such as long development cycle, difficulties in requirement verification and complicated change process. This paper mainly studies the application of model-based system engineering method in the design of a refrigeration component in environmental control system. Based on Harmony method, which is the mainstream method in aviation and aerospace field, requirement models and function models are established through requirement analysis, functional analysis and design synthesis in sequence. Ensuring the traceability of the system requirements passing step by step and improving the design efficiency, this method can provide guidance to the application of MBSE method in environmental control system.
