The direct thrust control of permanent magnet linear synchronous motor based on dynamic candidate vector set
This paper proposes a new direct thrust control algorithm combining a dynamic candidate vector set and a multilevel hysteresis controller. This method can effectively reduce the primary flux and electromagnetic thrust fluctuations by adjusti ng the parameters of the multilevel hysteresis controller. The method of selecting the hysteresis width and level of the multilevel hysteresis controller is analyzed and verified by simulation and experiment. After selecting the appropriate multilevel hysteresis controller parameters, the comparison experiment with the direct thrust control algorithm combined with space vector modulation (DTC-SVM) shows that the steady-state performance of the two control algorithms about electromagnetic thrust is approximately the same.
