Research on flight test method and optimization strategy for takeoff and landing performance of civil aircraft
The takeoff and landing performance test flight is an important prerequisite for AFM manual data, and will ultimately determine the aircraft's performance indicators, takeoff and landing procedures, etc., It is of great significance for the certification, delivery, and subsequent commercial operation of civil aircraft. The performance test flight has strict requirements for crew operation, aircraft configuration, meteorological conditions, and the effectiveness of the test flight results is low. If the traditional method of selecting test flight status points through full coverage is adopted, it will greatly prolong the test flight cycle. In this paper, a test flight method optimization strategy based on model verification is proposed, which effectively reduces the number of test flights by optimizing the combination of flight state points, simulating single engine failure, and combining multiple tasks for flight testing.and the performance curve is obtained by data expansion method. The flight test results of a certain type show that the optimized flight test method is expected to reduce 45 flight tests, shorten the flight test cycle by nearly 3 months, and significantly improve the flight test efficiency.
