Application of highly accelerated life test in enhancing the reliability of a certain type of airborne actuator
A feasibility analysis was conducted on the application of highly accelerated life test (HALT) to complex airborne actuator products, focusing on a particular type of airborne actuator and from the perspective of fault excitation. Based on response surveys and quantitative stress analysis, a HALT scheme tailored for this specific actuator type was designed and subsequently validated. The results demonstrate that HALT can effectively trigger faults that frequently occur during the installation and operation of the product, thereby serving as an effective means for enhancing actuator reliability and verification.
