Optimised design of aircraft fuel supply and delivery system based on fuel centre of gravity cross-linking simulation
Aiming at the complex problems of low automation, low simulation accuracy and low integration degree in the design of aircraft fuel supply and delivery system, this paper puts forward the establishment of a crosslinked simulation platform of Flowmaster and CATIA based on the VB programme, and focuses on the framework logic and module function of the simulation platform.Taking a certain type of aircraft as an example, the simulation analysis of the fuel center of gravity is carried out to verify the operability and effectiveness of the platform. Then, the range of the center of gravity corresponding to the fuel supply and transportation sequence is evaluated in order to obtain the most suitable fuel supply and transportation scheme. Finally, the research content of this paper includes three aspects : the optimal center of gravity calculation of the platform, the online estimation of the center of gravity, and the accurate adjustment of the center of gravity, which can realize the rapid design and automatic optimization of the fuel supply and transportation system.
