Design and analysis of synchronization for distributed electric thrust reverser actuation system
The thrust reverser actuation system (TRAS) is used to shorten the taxiing distance and improve the safety of aircraft during landing. To this end, this paper models a distributed electric thrust reverser system and simulates the effects of mechanical parameters on the synchronization of the system. Firstly, the main factors affecting the synchronization of the thrust reverser system are found based on the physical model and force analysis. Then a numerical model of the system was built based on SIMSCAPE module. Finally, the effects of mechanical parameters such as screw lead, flexible shaft stiffness and unsynchronized load on the synchronicity of the system were analyzed by MATLAB simulation. The results of the study show that the synchronization of the actuator is strongly influenced by the above parameters. This study provides technical support for the design of distributed electric counterthrust actuator system.
