A self-supplying heat dissipation system based on thermoelectric
The self-supplying heat dissipation system proposed in this article is an improvement over the traditional methods currently in use in the field of heat dissipation. The waste heat produced during the workpiece's operation is utilized for thermoelectric conversion, which in turn powers the liquid metal electromagnetic pump to dissipate heat from the workpiece. This can achieve the effect of cooling by heat and save electrical energy. By analysing the process of electromagnetic pump driving liquid metal heat dissipation and utilizing thermoelectric conversion technology, the system is regulated. By combining simulation and experimental analysis, the heat dissipation changes of the self-supplying heat dissipation system are analysed. The analysis shows that the system can achieve stable performance, low energy consumption, no noise, and high driving efficiency in practical applications. This can be utilized for dissipating heat in high-density motors.
