Experimental research on thermal characteristics of the heater valve in civil aircraft hydraulic system
In response to the long warm-up time of hydraulic systems in large aircraft in low-temperature environments and the significant impact of low-temperature environments on the pipelines terminal, this paper conducts theoretical research on heater valve of the hydraulic components and establishes a thermodynamic model for heater valve. Experimental studies on the thermal characteristics of heater valve have been conducted to understand the pressure variation, heating characteristics, operating conditions, and the performance of heater valve, providing experimental data support for the architectural design of hydraulic systems and the selection of heater valve for large aircraft.
