Design and simulation of control system for sequential driving cabin of single hydraulic solenoid valve

In order to ensure the installation requirements of the aircraft cabin door, the double hatch door design adopts the form of mutual compression to ensure the differential clearance. In order to ensure that the two doors with compression connection avoid structural damage during the process of retracting, achieve the requirements of the hatch closing time performance index, and meet the requirements of the system weight and the order of the hydraulic control system. Through simulation and test, it is proved that the design of the system can meet the requirements of aircraft use, and the flow-pressure characteristics of the core components of the system, such as the solenoid valve and the limiting valve, are obtained. The design method of the cabin door system has strong generality, which can provide a good design reference for the design of the door receiving and releasing system of the following aircraft.
