Research on the influence of different decay modes on two-phase hybrid stepper motors in aircraft servo system
Two-phase hybrid stepper motors for aircraft are frequently used in electrically driven valves. Microstepping control is used to improve the control accuracy of the stepper motor. However, different decay modes affect the efficiency, vibration and noise of the drive system. By analyzing different decay modes and the mechanisms of each decay mode, suitable decay models for different types of motor are proposed. The analysis results realize the trade-off among aircraft stepper motor microstepping control efficiency, vibration and noise.
