Life predicting of typical electromechanical products under service conditions
This paper combines the durability characteristics of typical electromechanical products under practical environmental conditions and proposes an online data acquisition and lifespan prediction method based on data-driven approaches. This method includes functions such as multi-channel signal online acquisition, storage, signal analysis and feature extraction, modeling of multiple failure degradation patterns, modeling of related failure degradation patterns, and lifespan prediction. In addition, experimental studies were conducted on a certain type of cockpit pressure regulating device and a certain type of pressure regulating shut-off valve, completing the initial in-house lifespan test, obtaining product performance test data and real-time signal monitoring data, and validating the effectiveness of the model for degradation and lifespan prediction of typical electromechanical products under practical environmental conditions through experimental data.
