Research on co-simulation analysis of cabin pressure control system

Under certain extreme conditions, the ground verification of aircraft cabin pressure control systems can be challenging due to high costs and complexity. To address this issue, a Simulink and Amesim co-simulation system model with fuzzy PID control logic has been developed to analyze the characteristics under flight envelope and simulate the performance under extreme flight conditions and plateau landing scenarios. Comparison results between simulation and experimentation under normal flight conditions demonstrate that the maximum model errors for flight altitude and residual pressure are 16% and 15%, respectively. This indicates that the simulation model exhibits good accuracy, providing an effective foundation for optimizing stability control of cabin pressure.
