Sensorless synchronized control strategy of dual-redundancy SPMSMs
This paper presents a novel approach to synchronize dual-redundancy surface-mounted permanent magnet synchronous motors (DR-SPMSMs) utilizing sensorless control for aviation electromechanical actuators (EMA) with the objective of achieving a redundant design to enhance flight safety. The synchronized control module involves a combination of average - feedback active disturbance rejection control (ADRC) and difference-feedback ADRC, integrated with pulsating high-frequency voltage signal injection and the phase-locked-loop (PLL) based inverse potential method. Moreover, the effectiveness of the sensorless synchronized control strategy across a broad range of rotational speeds is validated through both simulation and experimental results.
