Research on civil aircraft electrical thrust reverse control system verification tests
The thrust reverse is an important deceleration device for the civil aircraft, with the promotion and application of All-Electric/Multi-Electric aircraft technology, the electrical thrust reverse actuation system(ETRAS) has more advantages in integration and compatible with the architecture of Multi-Electric aircraft. At present, ETRAS had entered into service with advanced aircraft models such as A380, A350, and C919. This paper analysis airworthiness requirements of ETRAS, it is known that not only ETRAS shall compared with the airworthiness requirements of traditional hydraulic thrust reverse actuation system(HTRAS), but also it needs to meet the airworthiness requirements of motors, actuators, controllers and other components as well as electromagnetic protection. By arranging the relative tests described in this paper, the integration design of ETRAS and the aircraft can be validated to meet requirements of the aircraft design and airworthiness regulations. So this paper provides methods and experience for the engineering design and system verification of subsequent ETRAS.
