Dynamic and static simulation of electromechanical equipment considering the influence of service environment
As typical electromechanical equipment in the combat environment will be subject to the natural environment and mechanical changes in their performance, resulting in equipment in service will face significant challenges, so based on the typical electromechanical products and the main characteristics of the primary depletion mechanism, selected part of the critical institutions and joint simulation software to carry out the typical electromechanical products multi-body dynamics simulation analysis and thermal-fluid-solid coupling simulation method of the study, based on the simulation diagram to analyze the stress distribution and movement state of each component of the equipment, and combined with the simulation results to analyze the performance of typical electromechanical products affecting factors. Based on the simulation diagram, we analyze each equipment component's stress distribution and motion state and combine the simulation results to analyze the performance influencing factors of typical electromechanical products.
