Numerical simulation study on the voltage characteristics of proximity sensors in a hydraulic thrust reverser actuation system
The deployed and retracted state of an aero-engine's hydraulic thrust reverser actuation system is typically reported as voltage feedback from the system's proximity sensors. So it is particularly important to improve the feedback accuracy design of proximity sensors .In this paper, a mathematical model of the sensor feedback voltage is established by analyzing the proximity sensor demodulation principle .Matlab/Simulink software was used to build a simulation model of sensor voltage demodulation, and the feedback voltage value of the proximity sensor of the actuator was measured by the hydraulic thrust reverser actuation system test bench, which verified the theoretical model of the sensor demodulation principle as well as the reliability of the simulation model. The results of the study show that the accuracy of the simulation model is high and the faulty parts of the sensor can be checked by this simulation model. This study provides technical support for the design of inductive proximity sensors, which contributes to the rapid inspection of sensor faults and the improvement of sensor feedback accuracy.
