Failure effect analysis of uncommand signal in the active side-stick system
Compared with the passive sidestick, the active sidestick introduces the motor as the driving device, and the failure mode of the system is complicated and the failure effect is uncertain after the failure of uncommand signal, which is the focus of compliance verification and airworthiness certification. To clarify the failure mode and failure effect of uncommand signal of active sidestick, and establish the relation between failure mode and failure effect. Based on the system architecture and system working principle, failure modelling and failure injection simulation were carried out for the typical failure mode of the uncommand signal of the active sidestick, and failure effects were systematically analysed from two angles of the output deflection angle of the sidestick and the speed of the loading motor. The results show that the uncommand signal failure will lead to the output error of the active sidestick, including hardover, oscillation and drift oscillation. The sidestick output error was accompanied by the abnormal working state of the loading motor, the motor speed may exceed the rated speed and show an oscillation state and enter the stalled state, which is easy to damages the motor and the transmission mechanism when the failure is serious.
