Braking energy recovery and control strategy of electric loaders
As one of the key types in the field of civil transportation machinery, the electric loader has the characteristics of the whole machine weight, large installed power, frequent start and stop, with a large number of walking braking energy, to improve the endurance of the electric loader, while reducing the driving motor installed power. A hydraulic energy regeneration brake assembly is designed, and a control tactics of dynamic adjustment hydraulic energy regeneration brake assembly based on optimization is proposed to ensure a wide range of efficient energy recovery. Finally, a test platform is built to validate the feasibility of the hydraulic energy regeneration brake assembly, which provides a reference for the hydraulic energy regeneration brake assembly of electric construction machinery.
