Optimized design of vibration damping pad system for electric pumps
This paper describes the requirements and content of the simulation analysis of the electric pump vibration damping pad test of the hydraulic system of the Iron Bird test stand. For the existing Iron Bird electric pump vibration damping pad systematic vibration test, finite element simulation analysis is also carried out according to the current known conditions at the same time. The simulation software used in this simulation is ABAQUS CAE for finite element analysis, and this model will take the electric pump vibration source as the system input, focusing on the distribution of acceleration, displacement, and compression at the location of each component of each vibration-damping pad (mandrel, housing, base plate, composite elastomer, etc.). The purpose of the above simulation analysis is to compare and evaluate the simulation results with the corresponding test data results, to verify the real reliability of the test data through the simulation results, to screen out the test results produced by improper test operations, and at the same time, the simulation model body needs to be adjusted and calibrated continuously through the test process, so as to provide references for the future localization of damping pads of various models in the forward design.
