High-integration integrated drive system for distributed propulsion ducted fans
A high-integration integrated drive system for distributed propulsion ducted fans is presented. This system, composed of the motor body and the drive controller in the series structure, is more compact and features a higher level of system integration. This paper mainly focuses on the overall architecture of the highly integrated drive system, the hardware design, structural design, and thermal analysis of the highly integrated controller, and then conducts Matlab simulations and experiments based on the zero d-axis current vector control method and the classic PI control strategy. The simulation and experimental results demonstrate that the integrated design of the motor and the controller in this system is rational and has high practicability and stability.
