Study on performance of phase change cooling system of aircraft based on low pressure flash
Aiming at the heat dissipation problem of high-speed aircraft airborne equipment, this paper presents an airborne phase change heat dissipation scheme based on low-pressure flashover. By combining theoretical analysis and digital simulation, a heat dissipation system model based on flashover is established and simulated. At the same time, a set of experimental equipment is set up for verification. The simulation and experimental results show that liquid water can absorb a large amount of heat load through the heat transfer of phase change under low-pressure conditions, and meet the requirements of airborne equipment temperature control. This scheme has potential application value in engineering practice.
