Design and verification of ventilation and cooling systems for civil aircraft air supply system bleed valves
This paper designs a valve ventilation cooling system aiming at the over-temperature problem of high pressure valve in the cabin of civil aircraft air source system. The flow of valve ventilation cooling gas was obtained through multiple rounds of numerical simulation iterations, and was verified through the engine ground bench test. In addition, a ground bleed air load simulation system and a ventilation cooling flow simulation system are also designed to simulate the environment in the core compartment of the engine under different bleed air conditions to simulate different cooling gas flows. Finally, the verification concludes that when the flow rate of the valve ventilation and cooling pipeline reaches 40g/s, the surface temperature of the valve can meet the requirements.
