Simulation analysis of emergency trigger device of an aircraft door
The passenger door is the escape channel of the civil aircraft, which maintains the aerodynamic shape of the aircraft when closed, and can be opened quickly for passengers to escape during emergency evacuation. A certain door has two working modes, normal door opening and emergency door opening, normal door opening directly push the door open, emergency opening needs to trigger the power source to release. In this paper, the dynamics simulation analysis of the emergency trigger device of the passenger door is carried out, and the optimization suggestions for the emergency trigger device are given through the establishment of the dynamic model, which has certain guiding significance for the design of the device. Simulation analysis shows that the design meets the trigger requirement.
