A stepless variable pressure pump based on proportional pressure relief valve
The hydraulic system is very reliable and has a high power density. Variable pressure constant pumps are commonly used in real-world applications like hydraulic systems for heavy machines and aviation. Nevertheless, it is difficult to adjust to frequent pressure fluctuations due to the somewhat complicated technological system now in place for variable pressure pumps. In this study, a proportional pressure relief valve-based stepless variable pressure pump is proposed. The fundamental idea is to balance the constant pressure valve and modify the piston pump's output pressure by using the output pressure of the proportional pressure lowering valve. This method has a less complicated construction that optimizes the variable pressure process and minimizes stepless pressure regulation fluctuations as compared to pumps that use servo or proportional valves as pilot valves. The system is modeled using the program AMESim, which yields continuously varying pressures in simulation and looks at resilience against disruptions in the hydraulic load. Stepless variable pressure axial piston pumps are capable of accommodating a wide range of quickly changing pressure occasions and more complex and flexible operating conditions.
