Parametric study on dynamic response characteristics of aircraft hydraulic brake system
Brake system is an important functional system of aircraft and plays a vital role in landing control. Previous study have shown that the dynamic response characteristics of brake system have a significant impact on braking performance, influencing the safety and reliability of aircraft landing. In this paper LMS Amesim® software is used to establish the simulation model of the hydraulic system and the model is verified by the test results. With such a model, the dynamic response analysis and parametric study of aircraft brake hydraulic system are conducted. The results show that the response characteristics of brake hydraulic systems are influenced by many factors. Increasing the size of orifices in piston channels, increasing the axial stiffness of the torque tube, reducing the brake clearance and decreasing the length of hoses can effectively improve the brake response speed. The research is of great importance for evaluating and optimizing the performance of the aircraft hydraulic brake system, and provides a foundation for the forward design capability of the hydraulic brake system.
