Research on characteristics of high-pressure and high-speed micro axial piston pump
In order to meet the high-pressure, high-speed and lightweight requirements of EHA hydraulic pumps in the fields of robotics and aerospace, a high-pressure and high-speed micro axial piston pump was developed with a displacement of 0.5 mL/r, a maximum pressure of 42 MPa, and a maximum speed of 16000 r/min, weight only 270 g. The pump adopts key technologies such as bimetal cylinder structure design, spherical valve plate structure design, and 3D printed bell mouth flow channel design to solve the problems of part deformation, cylinder overturning, and cavitation. Through performance tests and durability tests, it is shown that the micro piston pump has achieved the functional performance requirements for high pressure and high speed, has the capability and reliability of engineering applications, and has good prospects.
