Research on wide range input multiple output DC conversion technology
The permanent magnet motor in the three-stage motor has significant technical advantages in the ultra-high-speed field with poor working environment due to its high power density and structure. However, it is difficult for the permanent magnet motor to adjust the magnetic field to control its output voltage, and the voltage regulation control circuit in the main generator GCU needs +12V, -12V and other multi-channel isolated output voltages of different levels. At present, the topology suitable for isolated step-down power supply is flyback conversion topology. However, the switch tube of the ordinary flyback topology cannot achieve soft switching, resulting in large loss of the switch tube. In order to solve the above problems, this paper first analyzes the working principle of QR flyback topology, and introduces practical new technologies such as planar transformer, aiming at ensuring the conversion efficiency of the converter while improving its power density, thereby reducing the volume of the converter. Finally, the flyback switching power supply is designed with the control chip LM5023 as the core. On this basis, the power supply simulation circuit is completed, and its effectiveness and accuracy are verified by physical test.
