Research on compensation and optimal design of multi-dimensional large-size pipeline under high temperature condition

In response to the comprehensive requirements of advanced aircraft pipeline design in terms of spatial layout, compensation capacity, thermal insulation performance, etc., using IPU air supply pipelines as carriers, this study proposes to optimize the design of pipeline paths and production processes for large-sized pipelines in high-temperature air media through the use of 3D printing technology, achieving a reduction in pipeline flow resistance and a 38.9% reduction in pipeline weight; The new spherical pipeline compensator meets the requirements of small external expansion size and strong compensation ability in narrow spaces, solving the problem of pipeline replacement for aircraft to adapt to assembly requirements; Using new insulation materials to conduct experiments and application research on the current high-temperature pipeline coating materials, the insulation capacity under the advantage of reducing thickness by 52.7% and weight by 52.1% has been improved by 79.8%. This provides optimization and improvement research ideas and methods for pipeline comprehensive design, enhances the comprehensive design ability of aircraft, and enhances practical application effects.
