Optimization design of gearbox based on response surface optimization and topology optimization
Firstly, the static simulation analysis and modal characteristic analysis were carried out on the reducer box, and the parts with weak stiffness and easy deformation were obtained from the simulation results. The important dimensional parameters were extracted, and the model was parameterized. The optimal response surface model of the reducer box was established by using the optimal space filling design method, and the sensitivity analysis was carried out. Based on the results of response surface optimization, multi-objective topology optimization based on variable density method was carried out on the reducer as a whole. Based on the optimization results, the reducer model was reconstructed and the simulation and comparative analysis were carried out. The results showed that after two optimizations, the quality of the box decreased, the comprehensive mechanical properties improved, and the first-order mode frequency increased.
