Research on real-time simulation technology of electro-hydraulic servo actuator models
To improve the real-time performance of high-fidelity electro-hydraulic servo actuator simulation models, this paper proposes a joint real-time simulation method using AMSim and LabVIEW cosimulation. Initially, the energy activity index of each model component is calculated, and linear frequency domain analysis is used to identify high-frequency, low-activity sub-models. These sub-models are then either removed or optimized to simplify the overall system model. Subsequently, a cosimulation interface is designed to process the simplified model for real-time operation, which is then imported into a real-time simulator for testing. The results demonstrate that the simplified electro-hydraulic servo actuator model maintains accuracy while satisfying the requirements for real-time simulation.
