Research on virtual simulation test technology of more electric aircraft utility system
More electric aircraft have higher requirements for the R&D cycle of utility systems and the performance indicators after system integration. The traditional R&D mode makes it difficult to meet the design requirements of the new aircraft system. Modeling and simulation can evaluate the system function and performance in the early stage of utility system development, effectively shorten the system development cycle, reduce the risk of system development, and carry out the comprehensive optimization design of the system. Aiming at the characteristics of the multi-disciplinary, multi-field, and high complexity of more electric aircraft utility systems, the distributed heterogeneous Joint Simulation method is adopted to analyze the operation characteristics of system integration, which solves the problems of slow simulation speed, poor convergence, and low simulation accuracy inherent in complex, large-scale system simulation. Based on the distributed heterogeneous Joint Simulation technology, the system-level virtual simulation test can comprehensively cover the requirements of working conditions, and the system's rapid verification and iteration can be realized. The feasibility of the mode is verified by the virtual simulation test of the coupling characteristics between EHA and the power system of more electric aircraft.
