Simulation and optimization of hydraulic synchronization control system for superplastic forming equipment based on AMESim
This paper investigates the synchronous control of the hydraulic system of a superplastic forming machine. An Optimization strategy is proposed to address the stability and accuracy problems of the conventional hydraulic control system during the forming process due to various factors such as internal friction, leakage and different loading conditions between multiple hydraulic cylinders. We establish a mathematical model of the hydraulic system and perform a frequency response characterisation based on the transfer function, then simulate the hydraulic system using AMESim software, and evaluate the comprehensive synchronization error by assigning weights to the maximum displacement error and the regulation time, and finally obtain the results. Comparison shows that after adding low-pass filters, the synchronous displacement error is significantly reduced and the control accuracy is effectively improved. The results show that this method has a significant effect on improving the synchronization accuracy of hydraulic cylinders and provides a research basis for the design and control of future superplastic forming hydraulic systems.
