Modeling and analysis of dynamic stiffness for kick-reaction link actuator
The dynamic stiffness characteristic of servo actuation system becomes the key index of fly-by-wire flight control system design because new airliners adopt fly-by-wire control system and irreversible control surface design. In this paper, a simulation mathematical model based on Simulink is established by studying an electro-hydraulic servo actuator with kick-reaction link structure, and the dynamic stiffness requirement of the actuator is verified by the test results. At the same time, the influence of internal leakage and oil passage volume on the dynamic stiffness is analyzed in detail, and the corresponding design improvement measures are put forward.
