Research and verification of high power density hydraulic energy storage technology
Hydraulic energy is typical forms of secondary energy on aircraft. It is produced by engine driven pump to extract engine shaft power, and is the most important secondary energy for engine power extraction. At present, the aircraft basically adopts the structure of centralized hydraulic source, and the design power is based on the superposition of the power demands of hydraulic users such as the flight control system, landing gear or cabin door in the flight profile, so that the power used by the hydraulic system in 95% of the working cycle is less than 25% of the installed power, and in the landing gear retraction, cabin door action and other short time, the power will appear a great peak. Making the hydraulic system installed power is large, low efficiency, engine load and load fluctuation and many other shortcomings. Hydraulic energy storage technology is an effective measure to solve the contradiction between the balanced energy supply and short-term high-power demand of the aircraft hydraulic system.
