Analysis and suppression research on electromagnetic interference in 540V aircraft high-voltage motor drive systems
As the power supply system of airborne equipment on more-electric-aircraft changes from 270V to 540V, there are more stringent requirements for the anti-electromagnetic interference capability of the aviation motor drive system. This article analyzes the topology structure of the motor drive system, studies the propagation paths of common mode and differential mode noise using equivalent analysis, and designs an EMI filter through simulation to suppress conducted interference. In addition, analyze the factors affecting system radiation interference through simulation and designs a shielding case. Finally, the effectiveness of the suppression method is verified through experiments.
