Las políticas de vinculación científico-tecnológica de las “nuevas” universidades del conurbano bonaerense. El caso de la Universidad Nacional de Arturo Jauretche (UNAJ) en Argentina.

The objective of this work is to analyze and characterize the scientific-technological linkage policy that has been implemented at the Arturo Jauretche National University (UNAJ) of Argentina to transfer knowledge to its socio-productive environment. This work is part of a broader line of research that explores the institutional linkage policies deployed by the “new” public universities located in the "conurbano bonaerense" (Province of Buenos Aires) that pose particular institutional and contextual dynamics in comparison with other provincial universities. In this framework, we begin by considering that these universities present linkage models more associated with social and/or territorial challenges than with technological challenges per se, from which an expansion of formats and/or devices is perceived to crystallize the function of bonding. In methodological terms, this research uses a qualitative strategy, based on primary sources and from the perspective of the university.
