Neurocoaching as a tool for personal and professional development in the system of additional professional education
The article presents the possibilities of neurocoaching as a tool for personal and professional development in the system of additional professional education. Its differences from traditional coaching, characteristics determining its effectiveness in organizational psychology and various programs where it can be applied are considered.
