Reform of Higher Education Management System under the Perspective of Lifelong Education

In the context of the sustainable development of education, lifelong education has gradually attracted people's attention, and promoting the integration of lifelong education concept into the field of higher education has become an important measure to promote the development of individual growth and improve the development effect of higher education. Based on this, this paper gives a brief overview of lifelong education, analyzes the practical significance of promoting the reform of higher education management system from the perspective of lifelong education, and then puts forward corresponding suggestions on how to do a good job in the reform of higher education management system, hoping to provide some reference for various universities and educators.
