Design of An Energy-Efficient Vehicle Prototype
The development of an energy-efficient electric vehicle prototype represents a significant milestone in research to improve vehicle efficiency and reduce dependence on hydrocarbon- based energy sources. This paper presents the design process of a prototype electric vehicle structure with an emphasis on energy efficiency and a thorough study of its energy consumption. The purpose of the study is to analyze the energy efficiency of the prototype under various operating conditions, which contributes to the development of automotive technologies and the creation of more environmentally friendly and sustainable vehicles, and to search for the main factors affecting range and efficiency. The range of electric vehicles remains a decisive factor limiting their development. Although the increase in battery energy density has reached a critical limit, drive energy management strategy also has a significant impact and has the potential to improve efficiency. Energy efficiency is an important point to save energy in vehicles and vehicles while they are moving. The studies were carried out on a designed and built electric machine.
