Sensorless Control System of Permanent Magnet Synchronous Motor Optimized by Super-Twisting Algorithm
The traditional sliding mode observer (SMO) has low observation accuracy and high-frequency buffeting in the non-inductive control system of Permanent Magnet Synchronous Motor (PMSM), with slow response speed and weak anti-disturbance ability. The control strategy of superspiral sliding mode observer (STSMO), which combines the superspiral algorithm (STA) and sliding mode observer (SMO), is proposed for the problem of excessive overshoot. This method uses continuous function G(s) instead of discontinuous sgn(s) to improve the accuracy of the rotor position measurement, reduce buffering, and enhance its robustness. The simulation results show that the system can accurately measure the rotational speed and rotor position, and the rotational speed error value around -3r/min. Compared with the traditional SMO control, the rotational speed recovery time is reduced by 67%, and there is almost no overshoot, which has stronger robustness and strong practical application value in motor control.
