Exploration and application of new energy system construction path for ultra-large urban central business district
With the increasingly prominent peak load in the urban core area of high-temperature and high-humidity regions and the growing impact of electric vehicle charging load, the region faces significant pressure on power supply guarantee, weak flexibility in adjustment, and low level of intelligence. The proposal of a new energy system effectively alleviates the problems of energy network development and supply and demand matching. The project aims to build China’s first large-scale interconnected, flexible and intelligent, safe and reliable “world-class exemplary scene of a new energy system in the urban core area of a super-large city,” focusing on the “energy-electricity-cooling” three energy networks, and innovatively integrating the “car-station-building-network-city” green energy technology path. It will focus on building a number of photovoltaic and energy storage super-charging stations, low-carbon flexible buildings, group-style high-efficiency cooling and green hub projects, integrating car-grid interaction, virtual power plants, and intelligent gas pipeline technologies, to achieve the friendly integration and management of the energy system. It will realize the leading innovative functions of city-level and regional-level energy system flexibility and support, create an international leading smart new power system with the characteristics of “green and efficient, flexible and open, and digitally enabled,” explore replicable and scalable exemplary pathways of a new energy system, and create an international benchmark project to achieve advanced urban district demonstration.
