Dual band Microstrip Antenna for 5G Millimeter-wave Communications
Planar antenna plays a big role in the revolution of 5G communications because of its low profile and good performance. This work presented a dual band microstrip antenna for 5G applications. The suggested structure is printed on RT/duroid 5880 substrate of $7 \times 12 \times 0.4 \mathbf{~ m m}^{3}$. This design demonstrates good performance in terms of frequency bandwidth, gain, and radiation efficiency, making it a strong candidate for wireless communication. Moreover, the large propagation attenuation in the millimter-wave spectrum offers frequency reuse and communication security.
