Study on the effect of optimizing airflow organization on the cooling efficiency of air conditioning in substation secondary equipment rooms
The increase in the level of intelligence and automation in substations leads to a large amount of energy consumption. And continuously operating secondary equipment room account for the main energy consumption. Therefore, the adoption of more energy efficient and effective cooling measures is a key development direction for data room. In order to solve the problem of low efficiency and high energy consumption of the air conditioning system of substation data room. This paper takes a 110 kV indoor substation secondary equipment rooms in Beijing as the research object. Through experimental testing and numerical simulation. According to the principle of “cold equipment first, then cold environment”. The airflow organization method of the indoor air conditioning system was optimized and designed. The results show that: under the condition of $80 \%$ of the original air supply volume, the airflow organization form of double-side air supply and double-side air return can not only attenuate the temperature stratification phenomenon and reduce the indoor high temperature area. It can also ensure that the average temperature of the equipment area is lower than $28^{\circ} \mathrm{C}$. Improve the effect of indoor ventilation and heat dissipation. At the same time, an appropriate increase in the height of the air supply outlet, the efficiency of the air conditioning system also has a certain degree of improvement. Option 3 can reduce the energy consumption by $\mathbf{5 8. 4 \%}$ compared with the original scheme.
