Assessment of the Proposed Poultry E-comerce Platform Using SWOT Analysis
This paper provides an evaluation of C&P, an online marketplace and breeding platform for chickens that aims to connect poultry producers with consumers. In order to meet the varied demands of users engaged in poultry farming, the platform integrates e-commerce capabilities for the purchase and sale of chickens with a powerful breeding management system. Key procedures for breeders/sellers and buyers are detailed in the research, with an emphasis on the platform's ability to classify hens for both poultry production and cockfighting. To collect user insights on demographics, emotions, strengths, weaknesses, opportunities, and concerns, the article uses a structured questionnaire that incorporates the Six Thinking Hats and Design Thinking approach. According to the poll results, users have a positive impression of the platform, which speaks to its effectiveness, prospective benefits, and user pleasure. The TOWS Matrix and SWOT analysis provide a framework for strategic review by outlining potential problem areas and offering solutions to both opportunities and threats [1]. A more convenient shopping experience, more thorough information transparency, and better selection are all goals of the proposed platform. The user interface is well-received by users, who also offer helpful suggestions for enhancements. A strategic roadmap for the platform's evolution is provided at the end of the study. The roadmap emphasizes the need of ongoing user feedback and iterative design changes to succeed in the ever-changing poultry market.
