Research on Open Parallel Scheduling Problems in the Standard Gas Manufacturing Industry
Aiming at the production and processing characteristics of the standard gas manufacturing industry, this paper proposes an open parallel machine scheduling model, establishes the optimization objectives of minimizing the maximum processing time, minimizing the total cost and minimizing the maximum order completion interval, and designs an improved imperial competition algorithm to solve it. According to the problem model, the algorithm adopts five-layer encoding to reduce its complexity, introduces multiple heuristic initialization population strategies, and proposes a global assimilation method in the group assimilation stage to enhance the global search ability of the solution. In the revolution stage, two domain structures are designed to prevent the solution from falling into the local optimum too early. Finally, a large number of examples are used to verify the effectiveness of the improved imperial competition algorithm in solving this problem.
