Evaluation Method of multi-type new Energy Storage Coordination Operation Based on Improved EW-FAHP *
The high proportion of new energy access makes the energy storage collaborative operation uncertainty increase, the operation mode adjustment more frequently, and the evaluation index more. Gaining an exact understanding of the advantages and disadvantages of manual operation mode is arduous, and frequent safety inspections can cause a sluggish computation of assessment markers. Therefore, in order to improve the efficiency of operation mode adjustment, it is necessary to evaluate the operation mode quickly and accurately. Firstly, the corresponding calculation indicators were extracted from four dimensions of security, reliability, stability and economy. Then, the multi-dimensional indicators were fused and calibrated by entropy weight-fuzzy analytic hierarchy process to enhance the observability of operation mode evaluation. Finally, Gaussian process regression with confidence resolution was introduced to construct the evaluation model for fast evaluation of operation mode. Verification of the proposed method with a regional power grid in China was conducted using an upgraded IEEE 33-node system. The results demonstrate that the proposed method is capable of rapidly, precisely and flexibly assessing the operation mode, and furnishing swift adjustment feedback during the preparation of the operation mode, which can aid in enhancing the effectiveness of operation mode tuning.
